At Rishi Sehgal, every garment is crafted with precision and produced in limited quantities. We maintain strict quality control to ensure each piece reflects the standards of our design house.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact

  • The return request must be raised within 12 hours of delivery

  • A valid unboxing video must be provided

Please note that due to the limited production nature of our garments, we do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To maintain transparency and protect both the customer and the brand, an unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.

The video must:

  • Be recorded in one continuous shot

  • Clearly show the sealed package being opened

  • Display the product condition and any damage

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return or refund approval.

Return Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact our support team within 12 hours of delivery.

  2. Share the following details:

    • Order Number

    • Unboxing Video

    • Clear images of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Items that appear worn, washed, or altered

  • Requests made after the allowed claim period

  • Products purchased under final sale or promotional clearance
